Knights Ferry is a town in Stanislaus County, California and home to the Knights Ferry Bridge, the longest covered bridge west of the Mississippi. This ranch was also frequently used as a shooting location for Bonanza and Little House on the Prairie.

Returned to Tunnel View before sunrise. We could see the little lights from climber camps on El Capitan like beacons in the night. Just as the sun was rising over the mountains the cloud cover cleared over Half Dome revealing this peaceful vista
